The 30-Day #JenSelterChallenge

Now's your chance! The #JenSelterChallenge, is a 30 day FREE challenge to kick-start your fitness, inspire you to begin a routine to help get you into the best shape for summer, and bring my online community together! 

Before we begin, there are a few rules we need to establish. NO NEGATIVITY ALLOWED. This is a fun, free, 30 day motivation challenge to bring people together, and to work on being your best self. It's a competition against yourself, no one else. Be the best version of you!



Each week for the month of May, I will be posting 3-4 workouts a week. These workouts will take about 20-30 minutes a day depending on the intensity of the movements, but all guaranteed to work your body! The other two days are cardio days. I recommend going on a nice run, swimming laps, or cycling. Whatever it is, get active and get your heart rate up!

You must post AT LEAST one picture or video a week on Instagram using the hashtags #JenSelterChallenege and #Seltering. Every inspiring photo tagged - maybe a healthy meal or a cool new gym outfit - are “bonus points.” I will be monitoring the hashtags, and each week will be selecting winners. The more you tag me the more I will notice you ;-) I'm so excited to get started!! I have a bunch of giveaways from some awesome brands to keep you motivated!! 

How winners are chosen?

I have tons of prizes to give out for anyone willing to make the effort to do something good for their body!

You do not need to participate in the workouts I provide for a chance to win. The workouts are my ideas for you to spice up your routine and try something different and give that little push when you're not sure what to do in the gym or at home.

For the month of May, the more you #JenSelterChallenge and #Seltering, the better your chances are to win. Not all photos count.  Photos, videos and Tweets with the #JenSelterChallenge are your "submissions." 

Focus on bettering YOURSELF. ...on getting healthy, on being active, on eating right. 

Photos that will be considered for the prizes include (but are not limited to): 

  1. Photos of your healthy meals
  2. New gym gear/outfits
  3. Videos of your workouts (preferable) 
  4. Your workout diary 
  5. You and your gym buddy or a solo selfie
  6. Your beautiful face
